my digital camera just got very serious concurrent. i was given an old polaroid camera. it is cool. i can't wait to look in shops for a bunch of photo papers. the model is so advanced. has everything modern cameras offer, including a timer and switching beeps off.
i haven't discovered where does the thingy take its power from! if there's a power cell inside, it's been doing fine in a basement for a few last years. at least i don't see any solar cell outside!
i go googling for a manual...
update: i've just bought two cartrigdes and was assured that the supply is definitely not dry. the price was also surprisingly reasonable; almost exactly one euro for a photo. and, one more thing: the battery i couldn't find is actually
inside the cartridge. from environmental point of view, this thing is a disaster.
when looking for the manual, i found a nicely made
booklet about
pinhole cameras. it reminded me an
article i read earlier about a guy who made the pinhole camera from his
truck.
When Shaun Irving goes on vacation he doesn't have to worry about forgetting his camera -- he'll be driving it.
