forty
i woke up badly this morning, missed my bus and even dropped my ibook when one of two important pieces of plastic on my aotearoa bag broke. i will bash steve as i stayed up late to two a.m. watching his, well, entertaining presentation (with drop outs thanks to a big demand i guess) to see some new powerbooks.
nada. they have some new cute things and i may end up getting one or two of them but no speed bumped twelve inch with under-lit keyboard and superdrive priced as current combo. sigh. warned by the morning message (well, i guess now i'm old enough to have two computers and to stop carrying one to and fro like a cat does kittens) i wanted to get the current but it takes two weeks to get one with english keyboard.
now i stop bothering you and hopefully myself too about the thing. anyway, well organized two kilos of joy which needed about two tons of raw materials to be made from and which costs the same as forty family shelters for those surviving tsunami.
